Kindred Spirits Enterprises is thrilled to welcome two new members to its team: Ben Tunks and Jo O’Reilly Stubbs.

Ben Tunks, the founder of The Little Village Project, is stepping into the role of Project Lead for the initiative he began in 2020. Having supported The Little Village Project as a volunteer, Ben will now lead it part-time over the next 24 months, thanks to the backing of project partner Latrobe Health Assembly. A dedicated youth worker and passionate musician, Ben previously served as a well-being support officer at a Traralgon primary school and is currently a counsellor with Soothe 2 Shine.

Following the departure of beloved Regen Gippsland Community Lead Alex Lieb, who has moved to Europe, Kindred Spirits Enterprises is fortunate to have found Jo O’Reilly Stubbs to join the project as its new Research Lead. Jo, a native of Inverloch, brings a rich academic background, with an undergraduate degree in politics, a masters in horticulture, and was awarded a full PhD research scholarship in climate change from the University of Melbourne. She is also a surf photographer and a qualified Progression Surf Judge with Surfing Victoria.

Both Ben and Jo are deeply committed to the Gippsland community, actively volunteering with many local organisations. Kindred Spirits Enterprises is excited to have them on board.
